Our History
Founded in 1992 during the early days of hotel property management systems, Innfinity launched the beta version of its first software at a single hotel property in San Diego. Following this successful implementation, the company expanded to additional properties throughout Southern California, operating exclusively in the hotel industry for over a decade. Our evolution began by chance in 2007 when a general manager using our software at one of these California properties was hired as a camp manager at a site in Alberta's oil sands. Finding no software at the time that met the operational requirements of the camp, he contacted our team to see if our technology could be implemented there. Our founding team said yes, not yet understanding how this decision would fundamentally reshape both our company and the software we develop.
Remote workforce operations demanded capabilities far beyond hotel management: managing rotating crew schedules, room allocations for thousands of workers, coordinated housekeeping and catering across massive camps, and robust operational reporting. Our team spent 16 months reimagining everything and rebuilding our platform from the ground up. As we rolled out to more clients managing worker housing, our clients began requesting that our software expand beyond accommodation to also handle their transportation needs. They recognized how critically interconnected these functions are in fly-in fly-out operations. We again spent many months developing travel management capabilities and building them into our core platform, creating what has become a comprehensive workforce logistics solution.
Strategic partnerships later revealed applications beyond hotels and fly-in fly-out operations that we could have never anticipated. Today, our platform serves diverse global operations—from military bases and fire training academies to corporate housing compounds and resource extraction projects worldwide. Managing over 150,000 rooms and coordinating more than 300,000 personnel movements annually, our three-decade evolution has transformed us into the innovative technology company we are today.

Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Beverly McCabe founded Innfinity in 1992 as both a business leader and technical visionary. Drawing on her experience as Chief Information Officer at a major Southern California hotel chain, she understood firsthand the intricacies of running hospitality operations and how technology could streamline these challenges. This insight led her to develop and write the code for the company's first software implementation at a hotel in San Diego, creating a product shaped by deep industry knowledge and technical expertise.
Throughout Innfinity's evolution, Beverly has remained deeply involved with our engineering and product development teams. Under her leadership, the company has transformed from its hospitality software origins into a comprehensive platform now supporting complex transport and housing operations across multiple global sectors. Her unique combination of technical expertise and genuine understanding of field operations has driven the company’s three-decade transformation and continues to shape how we develop solutions for our clients' most challenging logistics operations.
